Do I have to eat them all at once?

You may be tempted but you don’t have to. They will remain fresh for several days if stored in a cool place. You may want to wrap them tightly with clear wrap and refrigerate them or even freeze them for a later date. If you are freezing them, wrap them tightly in plastic wrap, (not a shopping bag) and then put them in a freezer bag or foil and they should be good for a couple months. Make sure you mark them as trout so nobody will steal them. They will thaw out quickly on the counter. Remember, you can microwave them for a few seconds to warm them up just like they came out of the oven.
